Withdrawal and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have a 30-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

This period begins on the day when:

  • you, or
  • a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you, physically take possession of the goods.

3. Refund conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • It must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
  • The returned item must include the original packaging and accessories.

4. Non-refundable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care products (cosmetics, etc.)
  • Hygiene items

5. Return procedure

To make a return, please contact us at contact@altisfrance.fr specifying:

  • Your order number
  • The items you wish to return

We will then provide you with a personalized link on which you simply enter your ZIP code or your order number, select the items you wish to return, and then receive the return address to which you should ship your package.

6. Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • In the event of a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item or of the proof of return shipment (receipt):

  • We will inspect the return request;
  • We will notify you that we have properly received the item or the proof of return.
  • We will notify you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund.

If accepted, the refund will be issued immediately upon receipt of the proof of return shipment, to the original payment method used for the order.
The time for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on banking timeframes, generally within 5 business days.
