Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after the order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt, order number) is required.
  • Non-returnable items

Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Contact your credit card company (the refund may take some time).

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
