- Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism
- NAC supplies cysteine, the precursor your body uses to make glutathione
- One 2 ml dropper a day — 30 servings per bottle
Milk thistle, NAC, choline, dandelion, artichoke

How it works
Four things your liver does every day
ALTIS is built around the pathways your body already runs — not around replacing them.
It makes glutathione
Your body builds glutathione from cysteine. NAC is the most direct dietary way to supply it.
It moves fat back out
Fat leaves the liver packaged in lipoproteins, and choline is part of that packaging. It contributes to normal lipid metabolism.
It makes bile
Bile carries waste out through the gut. Artichoke and dandelion are the traditional bitters used to support that flow.
It works while you sleep
One dropper a day, at the same time each day. Consistency does more here than any single dose.
How to use
Two millilitres. That's the whole routine.
-
Fill the dropper to 2 ml
About half a teaspoon. The marking is on the glass.
-
Hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds
Or stir it into a small glass of water if you'd rather not taste it neat.
-
Same time every day
Morning with food works well for most people. Pick a time you'll actually remember.
How we compare
ALTIS vs a single-ingredient milk thistle capsule
Most liver supplements on the shelf are milk thistle and nothing else. Here's what that leaves out.
What to expect
An honest timeline
Supplements aren't fast, and anyone promising you week-one results is selling you something. Here's a realistic picture.
Building the habit
Most people notice nothing yet. That's normal. The job right now is taking it at the same time each day.
Early signals
Some people report feeling less heavy after meals. Some don't. Individual response varies a lot.
The real test
If it's doing anything for you, this is the window where you'd know. Keep any changes to diet or alcohol steady so you can tell.
Your call
Worth a conversation with your doctor, especially if you have bloodwork scheduled. Keep going if it's earning its place.
Try it for two months. Send it back if it isn't for you.
Use it daily for 60 days. If you're not glad you bought it, email us and we'll refund the order — bottle empty or not, no return shipping, no questions designed to wear you down.
Questions
Before you order
Can I take this with my medication?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. NAC and milk thistle can both interact with prescription medicines, and your pharmacist can check your specific list in about two minutes. This matters more than usual for a liver product, because the liver is where most medications are processed.
Is this a treatment for a liver condition?
No. ALTIS is a food supplement, not a medicine. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you've had abnormal liver results or you've been told you have a liver condition, that's a conversation with your doctor — a supplement doesn't replace it, and nothing here should delay it.
What if I drink alcohol?
Tell your doctor how much you drink and follow their advice. No supplement offsets alcohol's effect on the liver, and we're not going to suggest otherwise. If cutting down is something you're working on, your GP is the right place to start.
How is a liquid different from capsules?
A liquid doesn't need a capsule shell to break down before anything is available for absorption, and it's easier to take an exact dose. It also means five actives in one bottle instead of four or five separate ones. Whether that changes the outcome for you specifically, we can't promise — but it does make the daily habit simpler.
When should I expect to notice something?
Honestly: it varies, and some people notice nothing at all. If anything shifts, most reports land somewhere in the six-to-twelve-week range. That's why the guarantee runs 60 days rather than 14.
Is it third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent lab for identity, potency and contaminants before release. The certificate of analysis for your batch number is available on request.
Who shouldn't take this?
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, taking prescription medication, or have an existing medical condition, check with your doctor before starting. People with a ragweed or daisy-family allergy should be aware milk thistle and artichoke belong to that family.
One dropper. Once a day.
Five actives in a single liquid, with 60 days to decide whether it earns a place on your counter.
